Prosper Property Management, LLC began providing housing in 2012. We offer housing to residents primarily in Pierce County, but we continue to expand our property offerings throughout the Puget Sound region of Washington state.

Our mission is simple: provide a high-quality housing experience to all residents.

We are committed to professional communication, prompt maintenance repairs, and doing whatever it takes to make sure you enjoy your home. We strive to be innovative in our efforts to be relevant in today’s busy world by offering such features as a self-touring option for prospective residents and an online portal for current residents.
